Location: 520 E. 24th St Chester, PA 3:00 pm-6:00 pm
In a world that demands our constant labor and survival, rest is a radical act of resistance. As we continue our collective journey toward liberation, we must reclaim healing as a birthright and a necessity for sustaining movements of justice, love, and transformation.
This gathering is an invitation to pause, breathe, and restore—a sanctuary where we can step away from the weight of the world and nurture ourselves in community.
Guided by Hamilton Garces, yogi, breathwork practitioner, and sound healer with Colombian and Indigenous roots, this evening will weave together ancestral wisdom, sound healing, and breathwork to create a transformative experience. Inspired by the Shipibo Conibo community of Peru and his Andean ancestors, Hamilton's work honors Indigenous traditions, deep connection to music, and the power of inner healing. Through his offerings, he empowers individuals to step into their own capacity for self-restoration.
What to Expect:
🌿 Sound Healing & Ancestral Vibrations – Immerse yourself in a sound journey guided by flute, jungle sounds, and sacred rhythms.
🌿 Breathwork & Mindful Movement – Engage in embodied practices that restore balance and presence.
🌿 Rest as Resistance Reflection – A collective space to explore the role of rest in liberation work.
